A great game bird in need of our respect and help

Fellow conservation organization Pheasants Forever did a feature story American Woodcock in their Summer 2011 Journal of Upland Conservation. The original article written by Mark Herwig on pages 58-62 discusses the benefits of mown meadows next to young forests and how landowners can help and mentions RGS a couple times.
