RGS members may use the application from a recent Ruffed Grouse Society magazine, email the required info or print ad submit the application.
You may also further publicize your feat to the RGS world by posting the details in the RGS Forums under the Members-only "Ruffed Grouse" or "American Woodcock" SubForums and photos within the True Doubles & Bag Limits section of the RGS Photo Gallery.
