The Ruffed Grouse Society prefers to ship FedEx Ground to your Street Address. Options to ship via different services, including 1-day or 2-day, are shown. Please also read Ordering and Boyt/Bob Allen... below. If a PO Box address is provided, shipping must be through the US Postal Service.

Your transactions through the RGS-Mart are completely secure. The site's SSL certificate provides security. When you are using your credit card be sure the URL of the site in your browser window has https at the beginning. If it only has http, please call RGS Customer Service during normal business hours for assistance.
Returns & Replacements
Merchandise sold by RGS may be returned for defects in material or workmanship. A Replacement will be sent or an exchange for other RGS-Mart merchandise may be requested.
Orders specifying Express shipment must be received by 2 pm Eastern US time Monday to Friday (See also Boyt/Bob Allen... below). Normal orders placed after 8 am Eastern US time typically will be processed the following business day. Required information is indicated on each screen and this information must be provided to ensure a complete and delivered order.
Boyt/Bob Allen/Mud River and WSI Ordering & Sizing Information
Customers ordering Boyt/Bob Allen/Mud River or WSI merchandise should be aware that these items are custom embroidered by Boyt/BA/MR and WSI* for each order, therefore they are not available for express orders. *Some WSI products are available for express shipping as noted in that product's descriptions. Normal delivery time is one week for Boyt/BA/MR and 2 weeks for WSI, but heavy demand pre-fall hunting seasons and Christmas shopping season typically adds a week. Plan ahead and order early.
